·        NIGERIA’S SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL SYSTEM HAS BEEN HELD HOSTAGE BY FEW PEOPLE WHO HARVEST OUR NATIONAL TILL FOR PERSONAL GAINS ;

·        WE WANT MINISTERS AND AIDES WHOSE PRINCIPLE OF SERVICE WILL BE TO SERVE NIGERIA TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, WHO WILL STRIVE TO SECURE AND EFFICIENTLY MANAGE ANY RESOURCES ALLOCATED TO THEM;

·        WE WANT MINISTERS WHO WILL TREAT FELLOW NIGERIANS LIKE HIS OWN PEOPLE AND FAMILY, WHO WILL STRIVE TO HELP END THIS DEMEANING CHAPTER IN OUR NATION’S HISTORY.

·        WE WANT A CROP OF NIGERIANS WHO WILL GIVE THE COUNTRY MORE THAN NIGERIA WILL GIVE THEM.

ABIA 2024: Health, Sports and Fun Dominate Activities

Ahead of the August 2024 Imo State University Alumni Association Convention, a sneak peek into the activities scheduled for the over 300 Imo stars indicate a healthy mix of both health related activities, sports and solid entertainment.  As the Local Organizing Committee members are working round the clock to ensure a successful Convention, Straight Talk with Chukwudi can authoritatively disclose that novelty match, health walks, visit to places of interest and dinner parties are among the activities slated to entertain guests.  cross section of Imo stars during a morning walk at the 2023 Convention in Bayelsa State  It was gathered that there would be a dinner party on the 8th of August after guests must have arrived and rested. Abia 2024: Imo Stars in Aba, host Stars Hangout

Ahead of the Imo State University Alumni Association National Convention coming up in August, all hands are on deck to ensure that the event would be a tremendous success.  Specifically, Imo Stars resident in Aba have announced a Stars Hangout in a bid to have fun, foster relationships and galvanise support for the forth coming  National convention.  It is on record that the Local Organizing Committee are working round the clock to make sure they leave no stone unturned in a bid to carry everyone along. In a statement forwarded by the Chairman, Abia Distinctive Chapter, Mr. John Chika Ogbuji, the Stars' Hangout is slated to hold on 27th May, 2024 at Tiger Bar opposite Abia State Polytechnic Aba.
