Ahead of the 7 th Imo State University Alumni Association, (IMSUAA) National Convention, a former chairman, FCT Pacesetter Chapter, Mr. Charles Nwosu has enjoined the Local Organizing Committee and members of Abia Distinctive Chapter to take the coordination and organization of the forth coming convention as a personal project, insisting that an excellent team spirit and can do spirit will ensure massive success of the convention. Nwogu who listed some of the pitfalls to avoid while organizing the Convention to include lack of proper planning, inability to carry every member along and high handedness on the part of the organizers. Six years after her inauguration, Abia Distinctive Chapter is set to host the Imo State university Alumni Association Convention and Annual General Meeting slated to take place between 8 and 11 August, 2024.  This is as the National Executive Council and Abia Chapter executives are leaving no stone unturned to make sure they have a hitch free convention.
