Youth Matrix rallies support for Uwajumogu -
POLITICS: Youth Matrix, a youth pressure group has vowed to continue to rally support for the speaker Imo State House of Assembly Rt. Honourable Benjamin Uwajumogu till his electoral mandate is returned to him. This is as the group has commended the Imo House of Assembly for amending the laws establishing the proposed Imo Turkish University, Imo state College of Education (Technical) and Imo state Polytechnic respectively. In a press statement jointly signed by the Okigwe Zonal coordinator of the group, Hon Chinagorom Cyracuse, his Okigwe South and his Okigwe North counterparts, Mr Tobechi Okafor and Mr. Emeka Owoama respectively and made available to journalists in Owerri, recently, the youth group commended Rt Hon Uwajumogu who contested for the senatorial position in Okigwe zone under the platform of All Progressives Congress , APC, for his political maturity in handling the fallout of what they termed ‘flawed elections’ and urged him to be steadfast and focused...
