IMSU ALUMNI UPDATE: Abia Chapter visits Charity Home, donates items

Sunnyblac The Distinctive Abia Chapter of Imo State University Owerri Alumni Association has visited Daughters of Mary, Mother of Mercy (DMMM) Compassionate Home, Ahiaeke, Abia State with a call to Nigerians to revive their spirit of giving to the less privileged and orphans. This is even as the chairman, Abia Chapter, IMSU alumni association, Mr. Crespo Epuzoaju, has enjoined organizations and corporate entities to be more magnanimous in giving to the less privileged. Mr. Epuzoaju, who commended the caregivers in the Compassion Home for taking care of  the children very well, stressed that the charity visit was part of the association’s obligation as a corporate organization. Chukwudi obi The Abia State distinctive chapter of Imo State University Alumni Association, has concluded arrangements to visit St. Vincent De Paul motherless babies home, Umuafai, Umuahia on Sunday, January 27 as part of the association's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The charity visit was part of the resolutions made recently at the association's monthly general meeting in Umuahia, the Abia State capital. According to the Abia state chapter chairman, Mr. Creespo Epuzoaju, the charity visit is an important function of the chapter and should be taken seriously by all members.
