EDUCATION One of Abia State government's legacy projects have under lock and key for quite a while. The multi million Digital E library located at the House of Assembly road Umuahia has been under lock and keys for a long while. Apart from the long grass that have taken over the front view of the structure, insects and small rodents were seen having a field day in the prmises. The e library offers additional online educational services apart from information database for both students, lecturers and the public. It would increase the state's monthly and annual returns on educational tourism.
