PMB RESTRATEGISES: RELOCATES COMMAND CENTRE TO BORNO
SECURITY: Minutes after he was sworn in as Nigeria's elected president, President Muhammed Buhari has hit the ground running. In his inaugral speech, President Buhari who acknowleged the progress the past administration made in winning the war against insurgency, observed that the war cannot be won with the Command Centre in Abuja. President Buhari who that Cameroun, Niger Republic and Chad for their support in fighting insurgecy in the North Eastern region of the country, ordered that tje Command Centre be relocated to Borno State.
