Abia 2024: Imo Stars in Aba, host Stars Hangout

Ahead of the Imo State University Alumni Association National Convention coming up in August, all hands are on deck to ensure that the event would be a tremendous success. 

Specifically, Imo Stars resident in Aba have announced a Stars Hangout in a bid to have fun, foster relationships and galvanise support for the forth coming  National convention. 

It is on record that the Local Organizing Committee are working round the clock to make sure they leave no stone unturned in a bid to carry everyone along.

In a statement forwarded by the Chairman, Abia Distinctive Chapter, Mr. John Chika Ogbuji, the Stars' Hangout is slated to hold on 27th May, 2024 at Tiger Bar opposite Abia State Polytechnic Aba. The statement also notes that the time for the Hangout would be 5pm. 

The Stars Hangout would create a convivial atmosphere for Imo Stars resieent in Aba to meet up and of course provide a platform for the discussion of issues relating to the success of the National Convention. 
 
Tiger Bar has been the traditional meeting place of Abia Distinctive Chapter anytime meetings are scheduled to hold in Aba.

ABIA 2024: Health, Sports and Fun Dominate Activities

Abia Chapter to storm Aba for historic meeting

Chukwudi Obi Barring any last-minute changes, members of Imo state University Alumni Association, Abia Distinctive Chapter have concluded arrangements to host their monthly general meeting in Aba, the commercial nerve centre of the state.  In a statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Mr. Uchenna Ugochukwu, and made available to newsmen in Umuahia, the state capital, the meeting is scheduled to take place at Tiger Bar, Opposite Abia Poly Aba while time is 3pm.  The meeting, he said, which is the first of its kind in the history of the Chapter is geared towards giving graduates of Imo state university who reside in Aba a sense of belonging and ensure that they are carried along in the scheme of things.  In his own words, the Chairman of the chapter, Mr. John Ogbuji while encouraging recent and old graduates to avail themselves of the opportunity to meet with other professionals, network and drive development at the grassroot level, noted that the historic meeting in Aba is onl
